Thanks for your interest in joining GunxCrossFit. A quick YouTube search yields tons of great videos that explain what CrossFit is, and there is plenty of information on this site (try our FAQ or What is CrossFit?) as well, but the best way to understand CrossFit is to try it for yourself.
We currently offer a free intro class every Saturday at 10 am. The intro class is approximately one hour and follows this basic template:
- A brief introduction to CrossFit and its training principles
- A simple warm-up
- An introduction to a new skill that you will put to use in. . .
- The Workout of the Day - a short, challenging workout tailored to your current fitness level
- A cool-down, along with time for participants' questions.
